- Smoking is not allowed inside (only in the outdoor areas).
- Behaviour that may disturb neighbours is not permitted.
- The maximum number of occupants of the accommodation may in no case exceed the number of guests indicated in the booking; any excess will result in the cancellation of the booking.
- In case of loss of keys, a fee of €150 will be charged for replacing locks and copies of keys.
